New York’s Clean Pass Vehicle (CPV) Program has ended. As a result, drivers can no longer use the Long Island Expressway (LIE) HOV lane as a single occupant based on a Clean Pass sticker. Even if a vehicle previously had a Clean Pass sticker, it must now follow the posted HOV occupancy rules like any other vehicle.
